The Borrall Hodes Team

Tammra Borrall and Sheela Hodes, founding members, have been business partners since 2007. In 2017, Cindy Phillips, an experienced and successful real estate professional, joined their team.

All team members work full time and they also employ support staff including their assistant Megan Lynn, a stager/stylist, a licensed transaction coordinator, and specialty marketing staff. This business structure enables them to support their clients with exceptional communication and results.

They have built a resilient, thriving business that is based on community relationships, repeat clients and referrals. The Borrall Hodes Team joined Compass Real Estate in 2019.
