I’ve really fallen for their North Coast Brut ($36) -- a great introduction to the caliber of their work. The top of their line sparkling wines, Chardonnays, and Pinot Noirs are also exceptional if you want to upgrade.

You may recognize them from our past posts, because Prinsely amazes. Their 2023 Chenin Blanc sparkling ($46) is pure, delightful, and made from natural grapes and practices. They’re the real deal.

Well made sparkling wines take time, investment, and patience. Carnival is a newer project that is worth jumping onto. Available in limited quantities, they produce out of Anderson Valley and the results are, Wow! I’m enjoying their vintage “Street Sweeper” Brut Rose, which can be found at Bottle Barn, and I’m very excited for their Solera Extra Brut to release.
